We booked a room for 3 persons. Room is spacious. Hotel is by the river. After crossing the river, a short walk will take you to sign gate (entrance of the park). Chinese breakfast is served. Internet in the room is not good. The front desk staff helps us plan the national forest park travel route which is a big plus.

Great hotel with good breakfast options. Counter staffs are very helpful and provide excellent guide for us to cover what we need. Manage to enjoy the good rates of the hotel due to low season.

Room heater not working so well so room pretty cold during Dec. But still liveable. The level 1 lobby is also very cold in the morning as they never turn on heater. So breakfast food very fast turn cold.
Location is on the wrong side of the river so quite inconvenient. Near pagoda area

The receptionist is very welcoming and helped us to arrange for rooms that were beside each other. She also helped us to plan activities and attractions for each day and book ticket for various places. Overall great experience.

The hotel near Suo Xi lake. 3 mins walk to Wulingyuan. Counter staff very friendly & helpful, they provided Wulingyuan map & guide us the way to visit the national forest park 😀.

Good clean rooms, helpful staff. Good location, near the park entrance and close to restaurants. Hotel just beside the river, where locals do their laundry. Great value for the room, breakfast included. We paid $50 AUD per night and we got more than what we paid for. Staff offered to look after our bags after we checked out, so we can explore the nearby baofeng lake and huanglong cave. Great hotel!!

The hotel has an elegant environment and a superior location. It is located next to a small river. Across the river is the East Gate of Zhangjiajie, which can be reached in ten minutes on foot. There are also restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel staff are very warm and polite, the room is clean and odorless, the decoration is luxurious, and the breakfast is quite rich. Overall, I feel satisfied.

Our stay was good!
Very close to the park east entrance (15 minutes walk/ 3-4 minutes drive), friendly front desk, spacious and clean rooms.
Breakfast is OK, no western choices at all but a lot of Chinese ones.
Ranked it 3/5 for cleanliness because house-keeping was very minimal. They left half-drank tea cups and empty bottles in our room plus left the balcony door wide open so our room was full of bugs at night.
Other then that, all was great and the hotel is very good for its price

I love the hotel location which is at a quiet neighbourhood, 10 mins walk to the main food street and 15 mins leisure walk to the east gate of forest park. The receptionist was helpful to book the attraction tickets at discounted price and provided all the necessary information. I had an upgraded room which was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable with balcony overlooking the stream. Breakfast was above average, enough to keep us filling. Highly recommended.
